SMS  automation.  Text messaging or texting automatically from ERP software system to users.  Automatic short messages form software can be sent to users mobile phone.

• ERP can prepare reports instantly which can be exported to MS Excel file.  Now this excel file can be used, to send SMS directly to mobile phone.  Note that the SMS text can change dynamically, as per the work sheet column data.

For example, a Cement manufacturer was using expensive tracking equipment to ensure that his shipments were reaching the designated resellers without any pilferage or diversion. • To Send SMS from Provider, you need to recharge your account with a certain 'Amount of money'.  It is similar to recharging your mobile phone.  The specific price per SMS, would depend upon the country and network where you wish to send the SMS.
