ERP Security Module:

Access Rights are decided by giving login-id and password by the Administrator only. This will decide who will be able to access which area (menu / sub-menu) of ERP. Confidentiality can be maintained by carefully assigning the ‘Rights’ to ERP users.

The Access Rights module allows access or denies access to various menu and submenus. You can help to protect database confidentiality by following these simple precautions.

1. Keep your DNS User ID & SECRET PASSWORD, confidential, and "Password" hard to guess.

2. Change secret passwords regularly.

3. Make sure your computer is protected with latest Anti-Virus software.

4. Make sure you close ERP (Exit) by clicking on the "Close" button – right hand top corner marked ’ X ‘.

5. In addition, you may also use the Windows Screensaver Password "Password" protection, which can lock your keyboard automatically if you do not use for a preset time.

6. Remember your login id and password is secret and do not share this with others.

7. On ERP transactions and reports, the name of the person who has login is captured automatically.
