ISO 9000 PROCEDURES

QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CHECK PROCEDURES (QC)

At the time of receiving material purchase voucher is prepared.  The item is kept in the 'hold' location or 'material not inspected' location.

QC procedures in the production module is integrated as follows:

Production QC Register

Production QC register contain following information about QC Done Items; serial no., Indent no., Indent Quantity, QC done Quantity, Release note document no, Test certificate attached or not, Specification, Item Code No.  and Remarks.

Production Release Note

Release not is the note which contain Indent No. Release quantity, and Remarks. Which also contain Test certificate Attached or not.

Test certificate would be word document that will be made separately by QC Person.     

Production NC Register (non-compliance)

Production QC register that contain Indent no., Indent Date, Item Inspection quantity, OK quantity, NC quantity, NC result, Corrective action, Preventive action, Remarks.

QC at the time of dispatch

The PDI or Pre-Despatch Inspection report is generated automatically by DNS ERP.  For example after creating CCI for Bajaj Auto corresponding PDI will be created as shown below:
